Winemakers Notes:
The lush aroma is of pears, apple blossoms and anise. The taste is rich and
creamy with no one varietal dominating. Chardonnay gives this wine it's crisp, refreshing taste and long finish
while semillon adds the creamy texture and rich mouth-feel. This wine is great by itself and a good match for lighter
seafood or fowl dishes.
