This was fermented in 60 gallon French oak barrels where it also went through malo-lactic fermentation
to broaden the mouth-feel
Aging: This was aged in barrel for 6 months and
in bottle for 9 months prior to release. Residual Sugar:
0.01% (dry) Cases Produced: 50 Winemakers Notes:
Lovely aroma of nectarine, peach and pineapple
with a hint of nutmeg; rich in the mouth but well balanced with crisp acidity; very long finish. red berry and rose
petal aroma and cherry and tangerine taste; medium bodied with refreshing acidity. This is great with white-flesfed
seafood such as scallops, crab, shrimp, tilapia, halibut or trout.
