Fermentation: This was fermented in 60
gallon French oak barrels. We prevented malo-lactic fermentation so as
to retain crisp acidity.
Aging: This was aged in the barrels for 3 months
prior to bottling and release for immediate enjoyment.
Residual Sugar: 0.02% (dry)

Winemakers Notes:
Medium to deep pink color; lovely red
berry and rose petal aroma and cherry and tangerine taste; medium bodied with refreshing acidity. This is the
perfect spring & summertime refresher, great alone or with salads, sushi, salmon or other white or pink seafood.
Take this out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving so it’s chilled but not too cold.
